Wichita State's stampede to the line destroys Pack

WICHITA, Kan. – The Wolf Pack traveled just 11 players for its game Tuesday at Wichita State.

Had the game gone on for a few more minutes, the Wolf Pack might have run out of players.

In a game most noteworthy for the number of free throws attempted, Nevada was both outplayed by Wichita State and exasperated with the officials in its 98-69 loss before a sellout crowd of 10,506 at Charles Koch Arena, a loss that snapped the Wolf Pack’s season-best three-game win streak.

Nevada was called for a season-high 38 fouls and Wichita State shot a program-best 62 free throw attempts, hitting 44 of them.
