With more than 15 players, including many veterans, entering the transfer portal following former head coach Jay Norvell’s move to Colorado State, Nevada’s depth chart has been torn up and remade. The final result is an interesting mix of veterans and players who haven’t seen much of the field, particularly on offense.

Quarterback: Nate Cox, to no one’s surprise, will start in Nevada’s first game without the services of Carson Strong.
