* IT’S EASY TO WIN A HAND OF Texas hold ’em if you’re dealt pocket aces. It’s a lot more difficult if you draw 4-9 offsuit. It’s the same for a basketball coach who inherits a program. If you’re dealt a team with depth, a team loaded with shooters, a team with post scoring and rim protectors, a team with players who can create their own shot and score off the dribble, a team with willing and capable defenders and a team with a culture of success then you should win 20-plus games.
