Nevada senior Sam Willoughby had 10 kills and three blocks, but the Wolf Pack volleyball team fell to Boise State, 3-1, at the Virginia Street Gym on Thursday.
Nevada (7-12 overall, 2-5 MW) also got leading contributions from Madison Foley, who had 12 kills, and Madison Morell, who finished with a team-high 18 kills.
The Wolf Pack won the first set, 25-20. The Broncos (13-6, 5-2) came back to sweep the next three, 25-18, 25-16, 25-21. That avoided a fifth game, where Nevada is 4-0 this season
Nevada plays again on Saturday (1 p.m.) against Utah State in its annual “Pink Game.
