One concern about the Nevada basketball team this season was how it would hold up down the stretch.
The Wolf Pack began the season relatively thin and that issue has only been exacerbated as the season has worn on. With the Wolf Pack’s short rotation playing big minutes and Nevada racing up and down the court at one of the fastest paces in the nation, would the team wear down late like in past years?
In its first three seasons in the Mountain West, the Wolf Pack posted a combined 7-23 record in the final 10 games of each of those campaigns, a short bench leaving Nevada’s best players to carry big loads before running out of juice.
