LOGAN, Utah – The Wolf Pack basketball team beat Utah State, 93-87, on Saturday night to improve to 23-5 overall and 12-2 in the Mountain West. Here are three takeaways from Nevada’s victory.
1. Nevada is road tough
23-3. That was the combined home records of Boise State and Utah State entering this week. That changed as Nevada blew through town and handed both teams rare home defeats. The win over at Boise State spoiled the Broncos’ perfect home record (13-0).
