On a rainy, windy day, the Nevada women’s tennis team beat Cal State Fullerton on Friday, 4-2.
Cal State Fullerton came into the match at 10-1. Nevada improved to 4-6.
At No. 2 singles, Shelia Morales earned her 13th win of the season in a match-clinching victory. After trading 6-3 sets with opponent Sarah Nuno, Morales dominated the third set, 6-1.
The match experienced two weather delays, the second of which lasted more than 30 minutes.
