It’s not often a national leader comes to town, but the Nevada basketball team will welcome one on Wednesday night.
There’s a lot of college basketball teams out there, and a lot of players on those teams. And not one is grabbing more rebounds than Colorado State’s Nico Carvacho, a 6-foot-11 junior center who is averaging a national-best 12.3 boards per game.
Carvacho and the Rams (7-11 overall, 2-3 in Mountain West games) will face the No. 7 Wolf Pack (18-1, 5-1) Wednesday night at Lawlor Events Center.
