Jake Dalton is in a good place this week as he attempts to make his second Olympic team.
The Spanish Springs grad and 2012 Olympian was named the 2016 USA Gymnastics Athlete of the Year earlier this month after winning gold in the floor exercise and vault and taking home bronze in the all-around and still rings at the P&G Men’s Gymnastics Championships at the XL Center in Hartford, Conn.
