Jalen Townsell left the Nevada men's basketball team earlier this week and entered the transfer portal.
He said it has been a great experience, but Jalen Townsell decided he would rather get more playing time, along with the possibility of earning a scholarship.
Townsell, a 6-foot-7, 205-pound Spanish Springs graduate, left the Nevada men's basketball team earlier this week and entered the transfer portal.
Townsell said he spoke with Nevada coach Eric Musselman about his future with the Wolf Pack and learned he would likely not get a scholarship and that his playing time would be limited.
