Marqueze Coleman scored 23 points and his 3-pointer with 22 seconds left helped Nevada defeat Wyoming 71-68 on Saturday.
Coleman scored 13 of Nevada’s final 19 points and had 17 in the second half. His final 3 put the Wolf Pack up 68-64, and he shot 3 for 4 from the free-throw line to seal the win.
Coleman has now scored 65.3 percent (185 of 283) of his points in the second half this season.
The Wolf Pack raced to an early 9-2 lead before the Cowboys used a 12-5 run to tie it at 14 with 11:27 to play before the break.
