Wolf Pack soccer coach Dr. Melissa Price will leave the program after accepting a coaching and teaching position at Wellesley (Mass.) College, the school announced Tuesday.
Nevada assistant soccer coaches Casey Tate and Erin Otagaki will take over the program on an interim co-head coaching basis for this fall's 2016 season. The Wolf Pack said a national search will begin following the season to identify a permanent replacement.
“We thank Missy for her leadership both on and off the field,” Wolf Pack athletic director Doug Knuth said in a news release. “She was a great addition to our department not only as a coach, but also as a mentor and friend to many of us.
