The Wolf Pack swimming and diving team will aim this week to hit a mark only one other team on Nevada’s campus has ever hit. That target is a Mountain West championship.
The MW Championships begin Wednesday in College Station, Texas at the Texas A&M Natatorium and Nevada will play a different role that it is accustomed to, that being the role of conference favorite.
The Wolf Pack, which posted a 10-0 dual record this season, was voted last week as conference co-favorite to win the MW title along with Boise State, a program Nevada beat, 199-101, in November.
