Pack baseball picked to finish sixth out of seven in MW

If the Wolf Pack baseball team needed any extra motivation for the season, it got just that Tuesday morning.

Nevada, which won the Mountain West last season by three games, was picked by the league's coaches to finish sixth out of seven teams in the conference.

New Mexico and San Diego State each received three first-place votes and were picked in a tie for first overall. Fresno State, which got the other first-place vote, and Air Force were picked to finish third. UNLV was picked fifth, followed by Nevada and San Jose State.
