The Wolf Pack doesn’t have a sure-fire selection in next month’s NFL draft, but it does have a handful of players on the radar of pro teams and those players got a shot to impress scouts Tuesday.
Nine players took part in the Wolf Pack’s annual pro day with the goal being to open eyes and show why they are worthy of a draft pick or undrafted free-agent deal. An estimated 15 teams were on hand at Wolf Pack Park, both from the NFL and CFL, to watch Nevada’s eager prospects.
“Today was very important,” said defensive end/outside linebacker Ian Seau, the Wolf Pack’s most likely draft selection next month.
