When our father, William J. Raggio, passed away in 2012, my sister and I were left the football season tickets that my father had purchased for over 40 years. We knew that they would be the same seats that our family had been sitting in for all those years: Section D, 50-yard line! There were so many times I sat there with my father watching the games!
I first received an email explaining the renovation of the stadium and reseating based on “Loyalty Points.” I didn’t read the email; I just wrote back and said we wanted the same seats our family has always had, period!
