News and notes from the Wolf Pack’s 83-76 win over Air Force on Wednesday.
* Wolf Pack senior forward D.J. Fenner had the best scoring game of his college career in the win over Air Force, tallying a personal-best 30 points. He made 11-of-18 shots from the field, including 4-of-7 from three, and hit 4-of-6 free throws. Fenner scored 21 first-half points and coach Eric Musselman credited him with “carrying the team” in the first 20 minutes as Nevada built a 15-point lead.
While those stats are impressive enough, Fenner played well despite having a migraine.
