That the Nevada basketball team has been winning a lot of games isn’t much of a surprise. After all, the Wolf Pack entered the season with three returning NBA-level seniors, a number of high-profile transfers eligible to play, and one of the most heralded freshmen in the country.
What is a definite eye-opener is the way Nevada has been winning, especially recently. Quite simply, the Pack is just blowing teams off the floor.
Since its lone loss of the season, on Jan. 5 at New Mexico, No. 6 Nevada has won seven straight games to improve to 21-1 overall and 8-1 in Mountain West games.
