The three-day NFL draft begins Thursday in Las Vegas, with Nevada looking for a return to some of its glory days from past drafts.
Three former Wolf Pack players — quarterback Carson Strong, receiver Romeo Doubs, and tight end Cole Turner — are expected to be selected during the seven-round event.
That would be Nevada’s largest draft haul since four players were picked in 2012, along with being its first multi-player draft since 2013. The Pack’s most recent draft selection came in 2018, when Austin Corbett was scooped up by the Cleveland Browns with the 33rd overall pick.
