The bad news: Nevada football’s season-ticket sales decreased for the fifth straight season.
The good news: The decline was not as sharp as it has been in recent years.
On the eve of its season opener Friday against Portland State at Mackay Stadium, the Wolf Pack told the Reno Gazette Journal it has distributed 8,771 season tickets for the 2018 season. That is a 2.3 percent decrease over the 8,980 season-ticket holders last year.
