Lots of scoring from lots of different sources equaled a big win on Tuesday for the Nevada women’s basketball team.
The Wolf Pack won its fifth straight game, beating visiting UC-Merced, 76-41, to improve to 6-3 on the season. Fourteen players scored for the Wolf Pack in a game that finished with the program’s fourth-highest margin of victory ever.
“Tonight was a full team effort,” sophomore Kenna Holt said in a news release. “Everybody contributed her part to gain another win. We continued to grow as a team. I’m really proud of everybody and how we brought high energy throughout the game.
