The dismantling of Nevada’s successful 2021 football team continued late in the week with more players choosing to enter the transfer portal.
On Friday, quarterback prospect Clay Millen announced that he would transfer. Millen played a limited role this season, but was expected to compete for at least the back-up role in 2022.
That followed two starting receivers entering the portal on Thursday.

WR Elijah Cooks: In 2019, he caught 76 passes for 926 yards and eight touchdowns, but played in only a combined five games in the next two seasons due to separate injuries.
