The Nevada basketball team found itself in one of its trickiest and most pressure-packed situations of the season at halftime of its game Wednesday night against Boise State at Lawlor Events Center.
Nevada was down eight points at intermission to a lights-out shooting Broncos squad with its Mountain West regular-season title hopes hanging in the balance. After Nevada’s blazing 9-0 start to the game, Boise State dominated the rest of the first half and the Wolf Pack was in need of one of its strongest 20 minutes of the season or its championship hopes would be all but extinguished in front of its home crowd.
