Coming off a rough season — one that was cut short — the Nevada baseball team is thankful that it's in the past, but also not forgetting about it.
The Wolf Pack, which went 2-12 last year (after starting 0-10) opens this season at Cal Poly on Friday.
Coach T.J. Bruce took full responsibility for last season in a media day conference call this week.
"I don't think I put our staff in a great position. I don't think I put our players in a good position," Bruce said. "It was a hard reflection. Everything reflects the program.
