It’s not often that another passing offense can begin to approach, let alone compete with, Nevada’s aerial attack of recent seasons.
That’s the case this week, though, as Fresno State quarterback Jake Haener, receiver Jalen Cropper, and the rest of the Bulldogs’ high-flying offense will attempt to scramble the Mountain West’s West Division race with a win over Nevada.
The visiting Wolf Pack (5-1 overall, 2-0 MW) and formerly ranked Fresno State (5-2, 2-1) will meet at 4 p.m. at Bulldog Stadium. The game will be shown on FS2.
The Nevada secondary, which played a key role in the Pack’s 34-17 win last week over Hawaii, will be seeing a step up in competition on Saturday.
