Comment: Boise State's offense didn't look great against Washington and its special teams was abysmal, but the defense, the strength of the team entering the year, was awesome. The other units will have to improve, but with a defense like that, the Broncos should do just fine this season.
Comment: Kentucky transfer, Maxwell Smith, was supposed to solve SDSU's quarterback issue.
