I went from spending three days in San Diego straight to the circus show at Reno’s Livestock Events Center on Sunday afternoon, which is about as drastic a change one can endure from a city of pure bliss to a sad state of affairs (they were trying to charge $15 for a 45-second pony ride at the circus, which is ridiculous).
