We’re a quarter of the way through the Wolf Pack football season and we’ve learned two things for sure: Nevada is significantly better than a bad FCS team and not good enough to beat Top 25 teams.
Shocking, I know.
But, really, we haven’t learned a ton about the 2015 Wolf Pack simply because the level of opponent has either been low level (UC Davis) or upper crust (Arizona and Texas A&M). The average point spread in these games has been 22 points. The point spread when Nevada plays Buffalo on Saturday: a pick’em.
It’s been difficult to gauge Nevada so far, but starting this week we’ll learn a lot about this team.
