The Wolf Pack is coming off an 8-5 season in what turned out to be former coach Jay Norvell’s final year. But breaking in a first-year head coach, along with the loss of some major talent to both the NFL and the transfer portal — including 11 Nevada players joining Norvell at Colorado State — has many writers seeing the Pack’s 2022 season being a series of struggles.
