Men's basketball: Nevada holds off Colorado State for second conference win

The 10-day layoff was no problem, at least after the first few minutes

The Nevada men's basketball team had not played a game since Dec. 21, but the Wolf Pack didn't show too much rust in beating Colorado State, 67-61, Wednesday night at Lawlor Events Center.

Nevada's Jalen Harris led the Wolf Pack with 20 points. Zane Meeks added 14, all in the first half.

Nevada led by 19, 52-33 early in the second half, but the Rams started shooting much better, getting standout Nico Carvacho involved.
