At least three Wolf Pack veterans will return to play for first-year coach Steve Alford this fall.
Point guard Lindsey Drew announced via Twitter that he will return to play for Nevada during the 2019-20 season. His tweet, addressed to the official Nevada Wolf Pack basketball Twitter account @NevadaHoops, consisted of a highlight reel followed by brief text reading, "I'm back."
Drew was a three-year player for the Wolf Pack – starting 92 of 99 games – before suffering a gruesome Achilles injury late in the 2017-18 season.
