Nine months after being UNLV to end its year, the Nevada football team is ready to begin another season.
The Wolf Pack opens the 2018 season, its second under head coach Jay Norvell, with a Friday night game at Mackay Stadium against Portland State.
Twelve weeks later, Nevada will wrap up its regular season on the road against rival UNLV. In between, the Wolf Pack will play games against SEC and Pac-12 teams, along with facing a crucial stretch of Mountain West games that includes Fresno State, Boise State and San Diego State all coming to Reno.
