One of the great epiphanies in Eric Musselman’s life came in a carpool lane.
Musselman had just dropped his son off at his Bay Area school and was ready to head home. But, as with most early-morning school drop-offs, his car was jammed up in traffic. Musselman, who is not exactly known for his patience, started to feel his blood boil. And that's when the epiphany struck like a lightning bolt.
“I just remember sitting in that carpool lane looking around,” the 52-year-old Musselman said. “I was waiting in line getting frustrated sitting there after I dropped my son off and I was, like, ‘I’m the only male sitting in this carpool lane.
