A couple of days after Eric Musselman agreed to become Nevada’s head basketball coach in March 2015, his first hire – Anthony Ruta, the director of basketball operations at the time – flew to his new boss' home in Danville, Calif.
Ruta turned Musselman’s kitchen into the Wolf Pack’s first war room. He plastered large sheets of paper over the cabinets and the two-man team began charting Nevada's future.
