Second quarter
The Wolf Pack got to the Wyoming 25 but a facemask on Jeremy Macauley and a delay of game pushed Nevada back and it settled for a 45-yard field goal by Spencer Pettit. Wyoming answered on its next drive. QB Josh Allen ran for a big first down on third-and-8 from the Wyoming 10 before hitting Tanner Gentry on a 54-yard pass and Hill plowed in from 2 yards out for a 14-3 lead. The Pack found the end zone for the first time when Gangi raced up the middle for a 17-yard touchdown to cap a 10-play, 75-yard drive to cut the deficit to 14-10.
