Nevada football fans saw his skills over the previous four seasons — and on Sunday, the Green Bay Packers fans got to experience Romeo Doubs' talent.
Doubs, who played football for the Wolf Pack from 2018 to 2021, caught eight passes from Aaron Rodgers in the Packers' 14-12 win over Tampa Bay on Sunday.
His eight receptions are the most in a game by a Packers rookie since Gerry Ellis caught eight on Nov. 30, 1988. Max McGee, who caught nine passes in a game on Dec. 12, 1954, has the Packers' rookie record.
Doubs (6-foot-2, 200 pounds) was drafted in the fourth round in April's NFL Draft.
