Every Nevada coach and player has had their welcome-to-the-rivalry moment when it comes to UNLV.
For some, it's seeing the 545-pound Fremont Cannon. For others, it's actually playing in the game. For Wolf Pack offensive coordinator Nick Rolovich, that moment came at the sporting goods store Scheels.
It was 2011 and Rolovich had accepted the job at Nevada under coach Chris Ault a couple of weeks prior. His wife and kids hadn't been to the 295,000-square-foot Scheels, so they took a visit.
"I had never been to Scheels," Rolovich said. "My family had just gotten in.
