With the game on the line, with the team in horrible foul trouble, with what was once a 12-point lead completely erased, the Nevada basketball team turned to one of its Martins on Tuesday night at Boise State.
For much of the season, that’s been Caleb Martin. On Tuesday, it was his twin brother Cody, who saved the Wolf Pack with a long 3-pointer with less than 5 seconds left for the final points in Nevada’s 72-71 win over the Broncos.
The win knocked Boise State out of first place in the Mountain West and moved Nevada into second.
