Wolf Pack guard Lindsey Drew grew up in Los Angeles, his father an NBA player for a decade who went on to be a two-time head coach in the league. Given those ties, Lindsey could play in pretty much any gym in the city.
But, when Lindsey was younger, his mom, Sharon, made sure she took him to some of the seedier courts in town.
“I remember growing up my mom used to take me to the rougher part of L.A. just so I can experience those kind of games,” Drew said. “They were fun, physical. It was all about battling for what you love.
