The Nevada baseball team looked on its way to its first Mountain West win of the season Sunday at Air Force before the game was suspended after the eighth inning.
The game will be concluded on April 22, when Air Force travels to Nevada.
After eight innings, the Wolf Pack (4-7 overall, 0-2 MW) leads the Falcons (7-2, 2-0) by a 12-5 score. Nevada hit a season-high three home runs Sunday, while scoring 12 runs on 13 hits with one inning left to play.
Nevada returns to action Tuesday with a non-conference game at Sacramento State (5-3).
