Wolf Pack football coach Brian Polian first met Marc Nudelberg during the AFCA national coaches convention in January 2014, at which point he pitched Nudelberg on joining the Wolf Pack.
“I really wanted to take the job,” Nudelberg said of the personnel position Polian was offering.
But something a little bigger came along – the special teams quality control position at Florida – so Nudelberg, a native of the Sunshine State, somewhat reluctantly passed on the opportunity at Nevada.
“It was really close to home for me and my wife and the opportunity to work at the University of Florida and put the SEC on your résumé was too hard to turn down,” Nudelberg said.
