For pure offensive firepower, few teams can match the collection of scorers Nevada put together for the 2018-19 season.
That group, which includes a jaw-dropping seven 1,000-point scorers, will be on display for the final time at home Saturday night when the Wolf Pack faces off against San Diego State at Lawlor Events Center.
The scoring potential for Nevada runs so deep that two former leaders at other schools have been relegated to reserve duties for 2018-19 — basically, there’s not enough room to get everyone into the games. It’s a level of scoring prowess mostly only dreamed of at other schools.
