The 4th-ranked Nebraska wrestling team improved to 5-0 in duals on the year by dispatching of a pair of Division II teams in the University of Nebraska-Kearney and Augustana Friday at the Devaney Center.

Out of the 20 matches wrestled by Nebraska on Friday, only five were wrestled by starters. Nebraska still managed to beat Augustana 37-7 before downing UNK 28-17. Also on Friday, starters #16 Lenny Pinto (174 pounds), #7 Silas Allred (184) and #30 Camden McDanel were joined by Chris Minto (165) at the Kent State Open with all four winning their brackets in dominant fashion.
