Sophomore guard Natalie Romeo tied her school record with eight three-pointers and scored 30 points to lead the Nebraska women’s basketball team to a 75-62 win against Wisconsin on Wednesday at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
NU extended its winning streak to six games and improved to 12-1 at home this season.
With a chance to set a new mark, Romeo missed both three-point attempts in the fourth quarter, and finished 8-of-14 on threes.
It was the second time this season Romeo made eight three-pointers in a game. She broke the school record of seven against Penn State two weeks ago.
