Anybody who knows anything about Andrew White knows the Nebraska junior guard isn’t one to force himself upon a game.
Always cognizant of getting his teammates involved, and taking his chance when it comes, White has prided himself on his unselfish play.
Now, as the Nebraska men’s basketball team continues without Shavon Shields, its senior captain and second-leading scorer, White knows he must have a more assertive mindset.
“I would say I need to be more aggressive, because our offense isn’t going to change, our system isn’t going to change,” White said. “What good players do, they find a way to make it happen, given the system that they’re in.
