The tournament starts Wednesday and runs through Saturday. Approximately 200 NBA representatives attend the camp, which is exclusively for college seniors.
Webster is a member of the Portsmouth Partnership team. His teammates include Amile Jefferson of Duke; Deonte Burton of Iowa State; Paris Lee of Illinois State; Sebastian Sais of Mississippi; Tyler Cavanaugh of George Washington, Davon Reed of Miami and Damyean Dotson of Houston.
Webster's appearance marks the second consecutive year a Husker as played in the event. Shavon Shields participated last year. Other Big Ten players in the event are Michigan's Zak Irvin, Wisconsin's Bronson Koenig, Illinois' Malcolm Hill and Ohio State's Marc Loving.
