Sophomore Annika Albrecht had six ace serves to help lead the Nebraska volleyball team to a 25-11, 25-17, 25-14 win against Rutgers on Friday at the Devaney Sports Center.
Albrecht had three aces in the final set. Her total was the most by a Husker since 2004, and just one off of tying the school record. NU had a season-high 10 ace serves.
The match was the start of the second half of the conference season for the Huskers (17-4, 8-3) and ended a two match losing streak.
Kadie Rolfzen led the Huskers with 12 kills.
