The team was announced Thursday morning at Big Ten Media Day. The team was voted on by league media members.
Palmer was joined by nine other players — Purdue's Carsen Edwards, Wisconsin's Ethan Happ, Indiana's Juwan Morgan and Romeo Langford, Maryland's Anthony Cowan Jr., Michigan's Charles Matthews, Michigan State's Nick Ward and Cassius Winston and Minnesota's Jordan Murphy.
Edwards is the preseason player of the year. He and Happ were the only unanimous selections to the 10-member team.
Palmer, a 6-foot-6, 207-pounder from Upper Marlboro, Md., will look to be Nebraska’s first two-time first-team all-conference performer since Eric Piatkowski in 1993 and 1994.
