UCLA Sweeps Nebraska Baseball

The Nebraska baseball team had a rough start to the two week California swing. Forgetting to pack their offense proved to be a bit of an issue. A combined 8 runs over the 3 game series at Jackie Robinson Park made for a very small margin of error by the pitching staff against a good Bruin offense. The Huskers actually had leads in the final two games of the series, getting off to early starts, before going ice cold for 6 innings in a row.

Sunday’s game saw Nebraska take a 2-0 lead in the top of the 2nd inning, Dylan Carey (for seemingly the first time this season) had an at bat that gave Nebraska the lead.
