But that didn’t stop multiple Nebraska players putting up big numbers on the weekend, on their way to retaking first place in the conference standings. Cade Povich snagged B1G Pitcher of the Week for his start on Friday night. In a performance that took you back to the days of Chamberlain and Komine, Povich dominated the usually potent offense of the Wildcats, throwing 7 shutout innings, and giving up only 2 hits and 0 walks on 95 pitches.
